Before & After

Step 1. Create a New Adjustment Layer, make it black and white
Step 2. Change the Blending Mode to Overlay
-Gives it a harsh lighting effect
Step 3. Duplicate the background layer (background copy)
Step 4. Go to Filter, Artistic, Plastic Wrap
Step 5. Choose the Multiply Blending Mode for this layer
Step 6. Add a Mask Layer to the background copy
Step 7. Choose the eraser tool, chose a large brush, set hardness to 0%
Step. Erase the background, and play with the lighting.
