Don Hunstein

Don Hunstein was a staff photographer for CBS New York, as well as the head of CBS Records photo studio in New York during the 50s and 60s. His most famous work is probably the photo he shot for Bob Dylan’s “The Freewheelin’ Bob Dylan” album cover in 1963. Dunstein’s work has appeared on over 200 LP and CD covers. He’s worked with Billy Joel, Johnny Cash, Muhammad Ali, and many more. I really liked the photos he shot of Dylan because he was one of the biggest artists during that time, and  it showed sort of a behind the scenes look on his recording sessions. Here is his website
